Well, just like that, my 2019 football shooting season is over. I closed out my year covering the Missouri Tigers vs Arkansas SEC game at War Memorial stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas and then a few weeks later, I shot six Arkansas State Championship football games over two seperate weekends. I covered the Missouri vs Arkansas game for the Columbia Tribune newspaper and as I have for the past 9 years, I covered the State Championship games for Arkansas Varsity.

The day after I shot the game, Barry Odom was fired by Missouri. He has been replaced by Eliah Drinkwitz, the former head coach of Appalachian State. Ironically, Odom was hired by Arkansas, the team he beat in his final game at Missouri, to be their Defensive Coordinator under the new head football coach Sam Pittman.
